A combination of powdered stone, fine sand, mineral compounds, water and slip, and fired kaolin yields a rough textured pasty finish to offset the luminescent metallic silver. Individually made, handcrafted according to the principles of Wabi Sabi to honour the organic feel, beauty and unique character of imperfections naturally occurring in handmade items with no two pieces the same.

Made by hand in London. Each piece is hand-poured and entirely hand crafted. No two are alike, each piece is a unique statement in individual, contemporary yet timeless style. Imperfections embraced.
Food
This platter has been sealed and the metallic areas protect with food safe finishes. However, the base material is a combination of natural stoneware compounds that remain porous therefore this items is only suitable for dry foods and non food items.
Water
Do not immerse in water, to clean, wipe with a lightly damp cloth. While appropriate sealants have been applied, due to the porous nature of the base material there is the possibility that sealants absorb to varying degrees over time.
